# Litecoin Register

> Litecoin Register tracks how much Litecoin (LTC) is held by publicly known exchanges, investment products, miners, governments and ecosystem protocols. Every figure links to its source, states how it was obtained, and is available as HTML, JSON, CSV and Markdown.

The registry lists 98 entities holding a combined 16,488,481 LTC by their most recent figures (2013-11-14 to 2026-10-13). Totals add each entity’s most recent figure. Those figures have different as_of dates and methods, so a total is an approximation, not a point-in-time balance. Holdings may also overlap (e.g. an investment product’s LTC held in custody at an exchange).

Each entity is available at stable URLs: `/entities/{id}/` (HTML), `/entities/{id}.md` (Markdown), `/api/v1/entities/{id}.json` (JSON) and `/data/entities/{id}.csv` (full holding history). HTML and Markdown show a condensed history (monthly, then yearly); JSON and CSV contain every observation. Entities with attributed addresses publish them at `/data/addresses/{id}.csv` (address, label, attribution); records give `address_count` and link the file from their sources.
